Pensacola, FL has the worst water in the nation according to a study, filtering is a necesity. I drink a lot of water and absolutely hate replacing the annoying PUR filter that I had installed on the spigot, so I chose to remove that junk when it broke again this last time with something more heavy duty beneath my kitchen sink. I installed a whole-house filter exclusively for drinking water only, and added a special spout just for this. The filter is more expensive, but will last A LOT longer and will be cheaper in the long run.
