Eating healthy, exercise, avoiding stress, inhabiting a healthy environment, and performing breathing exercises.

Those who focus on healthy eating habits won’t likely have to deal with obesity and chronic disease. Nutrition should be relatively simple, eat natural organic food exclusively. Avoid excess sugar, aspartame, refined carbohydrates, artificial ingredients, GMO’s, flavorings, and toxic chemicals.

Here is my own pyramid of dietary guidelines based upon my research, in addition to trial and error, take from it what you will. In this diet, 50% of food choices should come in the form of fruits, vegetables, beans, and legumes. Another 20% of dietary choices should include eggs, fish, chicken, beef, and bone broth. Raw milk that comes from a cow, goat, or even camel offer the body with a natural vitamin and mineral source. In addition, milk has plenty of protein. Consuming organic seeds and nuts should take up 10 percent of one’s dietary choices. Oils and fats should take up another 4% of dietary options. Stick to coconut oil, olive oil, and red palm oil, as these three fats have been shown to provide the greatest health benefits. Fermented foods should also be included in one’s diet. Kimchi, Kefir, and Kombucha Tea are great additions to a diet, as they contain probiotics. Herbs and spices – Ginger root, Turmeric, parsley Moringa leaves, garlic, Himalayan rock salt.

Since water is such a crucial aspect of life, one should make sure they drink plenty, ideally spring water. Those who can avoid typical city water should do so, as it is treated with chlorine and fluoride. Those who are forced to drink city water should make sure they use a solid block carbon filter in order to remove impurities from their water. Solid block carbon filters are able to remove herbicides, pesticides, volatile organic compounds, endocrine disruptors, bacteria, Chlorine, fluoride, heavy metals, nitrates, nitrites, and parasites.

The environment plays a significant role in our happiness and well-being. Those who live in an area with clean air, low stress, and love have the potential to be as healthy as possible. Those who are not happy with their environment simply need to do what they can to change it.

Since breathing is the most crucial aspect to remaining alive, perform breathing exercises that maximize lung capacity.

It should come as no surprise that exercise is necessary for a healthy lifestyle. Exercise releases dopamine and has the ability to combat depression. It also strengthens the immune system and helps maintain a healthy weight. Perform both aerobic and anaerobic exercise in order to benefit to the greatest degree. Choose both low impact exercises like swimming and walking and high impact exercises like running and jumping. The bouncing effect that running and jumping provides promotes a clean lymph system. This will allow the body to remove waste and facilitate nutrient transport with ease. In addition, stretching exercises are necessary to maintain the proper length of the muscles. Correct any muscle imbalances in order to avoid most chronic injuries.

Sweating promotes a number of healthy biological interactions. Since the skin is the largest eliminative organ, sweating allows for toxin release. Sweating also promotes faster wound healing though its antibiotic action and improves skin health. Those who exercise consistently exercise are likely to experience the benefits of sweating, but those who live in cold climates should consider taking advantage of a sauna.

The skin is directly related to the internal health of the body. Those who have flawless skin are likely healthy overall. Ideally, avoid commercial cosmetic products, as they are laden with chemicals. One way to exfoliate the skin is to apply a mixture of sand and water. Use only natural soap that contains glycerin. After taking a shower or bath consider spraying down the skin with a diluted citric acid solution.
