(I was told) If you do not want to loose weight do not put the lemons, THOUGH I would try it with the lemons this and next time to see if I lose anything.

I THINK if you are dieting and exercising regularly the lemons would HELP you lose the weight.- just a thought.

It has a very interesting taste, this mix. It’s not a pleasant one imo, but not horrible.

I drink this when i’m thirsty at home…which is very often.
I drink from the glass in the vid, measuring just above the colored part of the glass- yup I don’t drink alot at a time.
