Weight Loss with Water | How to lose weight with drinking water

This easy to follow drinking water Routine is an amazing way to shed that extra weight that you gain specially during the festival season. It’s healthy and very safe. It doesn’t require you to go on a particular diet or do dieting. However eating healthy and living a healthy lifestyle in general is good for maintaining healthy weight and life.

Ingredients to make weight Loss Water :-

1.5-2 litre filtered water
1 tbsp Fennel Seeds/saunf
1 small stick / 1/4 tsp Cinnamon/dalchini
2-3 crushed black pepper Kali mirch

Method to make Drinking water to lose weight :-

Take 1.5-2 litre water in a Pan/Patila, switch on the flames .
Add 1 small cinnamon stick/ Dalchini ( 1/4 tsp powdered), 1 tbsp Fennel Seeds / Saunf & 2-3 crushed Black pepper/ Kali Mirch.
Bring the water to a boil & let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Cover it & let it completely cool down for at least 4-5 hours or overnight
After 4-5 hours, transfer the water in a bottle or jug
Drink this water whole day in place of usual plain water regularly for 7 days.
