Ingredients

Rice Wrapper –
Fresh vegetables –
(carrot,cucumber,bell peppers,corinder leaves,pineapple )
Roasted peanuts –
Hot water
Sweet Chilli Sauce –

Method
Cut vegetabables into thin sticks ..
Soak the rice paper in hot water for few seconds till it become so soft.
Then take out from the water and place it in the cutting board ..
Now place vegetables and wrap ..
Like wise take lettuce leaf and wrap vegetables .
Serve with sweet chilli sauce ..
