This is a really fun challenge! Not only is it important to be hydrated, but drinking plenty of water can ward off water retention and puffiness, reduce inflammation, decrease cravings and appetite, give you mental clarity, increased energy, and improve your complexion. Water is also full of electrolytes and trace minerals, all of which we need for optimal health.
