Ingredients

Methi leaves -hand-full
Wheat Flour-2cup
Water-1cup
Ginger-1tsp
Onion-1
Green chilli-3
Chilli powder-1/2tsp
Turmeric powder-1/4tsp
Salt-
Oil-
Method
Wash and drain methi leaves..
Chop them and add in a bowl ..
To that add chopped ginger,onion,green chilli,chilli powder and turmeric powder (if u want ,u can add cumin ,coriander,garama masala powder, ajwain also).Then add atta and mix well..
Then in another vessel add water ,salt and oil ..mix well..
Then slowly add methi atta mix to the water and make soft dough ..
check the salt ..
Now allow the dough to rest atleast 20 minutes ..

After 20 minutes …make big balls out of the dough ..
and roll out desired shape of paratha ..
Heat tawa and make paratha ..
so yummy methi paratha is ready to serve ..
serve with curd ,pickle,onion and lemon wedges ..
