Rice Water has a lot of benefits and has helped improve the health of my natural hair.
What type rice can you use?
From what I have found out recently, you can pretty much use any rice (except plastic rice). LOL!. Yeah.. I just heard about plastic rice, which is fake rice. Google it. I like using organic white rice.
Why use rice water for your hair?
