Bill will explain in detail how to remove your reverse osmosis membrane and charcoal filters to disinfect your RO with bleach. Bill also will show you how to sanitize your ice line without harming your equipment while using bleach to clean it.

Part 2 of 7

In part 2 Bill will show you how to open the canisters, remove your reverse osmosis membrane, sediment filter and charcoal filters. You will then start adding the bleach to your reverse osmosis filtration system.

Part 3 of 7

Part 3 Bill shows you the next steps to get the bleached water running through your reverse osmosis filtration system to start the process of sanitizing your RO.

You’ll then start the process of disinfecting your ice line that you have connected to your Reverse Osmosis Filtration System.

In part 4 you will start to empty out your storage tank to your reverse osmosis filtration system now that it has been sanitized. The bleach has gone through your RO and ice line leaving it clean.
