Barley Water Recipe | How to make Healthy Barley Drink for Weight Loss
Barley Water is ranked high in the category of nutritious Drinks because of its health benefits. It’s high in Fibre, vitamins & essential minerals. Loaded with Antioxidants it’s very useful if you are trying for weight loss.
Ingredients to make Barley water for weight Loss:-
Barley 1.5 tbsp
Ginger small slice
Lemon juice 1/2 tsp
Honey 1 tsp (Optional)
Water 1.5 glass
Method to make healthy Barley Water to lose Weight:-
Wash and soak Soak 1-1.5 tbsp of barley for few hours.
After few hours, add 1-1.5 glasses of water in a pan & switch on the flames
Add crushed slice of ginger and soaked barley to the water
Bring the mixture to a boil and than let it simmer on low to medium heat for 15-20 minutes
Let the water cool down a bit, than add 1/2 tsp of lemon juice and honey if you like
Drink this water at least half an before lunch and dinner for best results.
